the thousands whenever they are spawning and whenever you get one of these
larger steelheads on the end of your line, it will really give you a
flight for all it's worth. Not only that, steelhead are well-known for
their acrobatics while they are on the end of the line which is something
that many fishermen enjoy, regardless of the type of fish they are
catching.

going to find in the world. Although there certainly are steelhead that
are available in almost any region of Alaska, many people consider
south-central Alaska to be to some of the best, because many of the places
that you find rainbow trout you will also find steelhead whenever they are
spawning. These fish tend to move up the waterways in bulk and it is not
unlikely to find the banks lined with fishermen and at times with bears
who are enjoying this annual happening.
